At My Organized Office, we're committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. Below you'll find information about our shipping process, delivery estimates, and what to expect after placing your order.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We're continually working to expand our shipping destinations and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Estimates

After your order has shipped, most deliveries arrive within 4–6 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Typical delivery time from the date of purchase is 5–8 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

Orders are shipped through trusted delivery partners, which may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other reliable carriers, depending on your location and the most efficient delivery method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package throughout its journey.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myorganizedoffice.com. Including your order number and photos of the product and packaging, when applicable, will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We'll work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
