Return and Refund Policy

At My Organized Office, we want you to enjoy every purchase with confidence. If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase or your order number may be required to process your return.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@myorganizedoffice.com and include your order number along with the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking. My Organized Office is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myorganizedoffice.com. Including clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If inventory is available, eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you've been notified that your refund has been processed but have not yet received it, we recommend first checking with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary between financial institutions.
