Frequently Asked Questions

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If the item is eligible and currently in stock, we're happy to exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide return instructions.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something isn't right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myorganizedoffice.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Are there any items that can't be returned?

Yes. Gift cards, final sale items, personalized products, and items that have been used or assembled are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How long does it take to process an order?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase, although delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

How are taxes calculated?

Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically during checkout based on your shipping address. Your total will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.
